Villa Blanca, the restaurant owned by "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump, has been hit with another lawsuit, Reality Tea reports.

Former Villa Blanca pastry chef Martha Diaz is filing a sexual harassment lawsuit against Vanderpump and Villa Blanca.

Diaz claims that she was sexually harassed by her immediate supervisor, Gustovo Molina and two kitchen staff who "touched her vagina, called her a fat, ugly whore, showed her porn on his phone and left pornographic pics in her locker."

Diaz also claims that Vanderpump failed to help her after Diaz allegedly notified Vamderpump about the sexual harassment taking place at Villa Blanca.

Prior to Diaz's lawsuit, another former Villa Blanca employee, Karina Bustillos, filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Vanderpump and her restaurant.

Like Diaz, Bustillos also claimed that Vanderpump failed to respond to her complaints regarding sexual harassment situations occurring in the restaurant.

Bustillos eventually won the lawsuit and was awarded $100,000. Vanderpump is currently in the process of looking for a buyer to purchase Villa Blanca.

Reality Tea reports Diaz is suing Vanderpump and Villa Blanca for "(1) Sexual Harassment in the Workplace (2) Hostile Work Environment and Harassment in the Workplace (3) Battery (4) Assault (5) Negligence ( 6) Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (7) Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress." 

In addition to her legal troubles, the 53-year-old reality star is also experiencing tension within her family.

RadarOnline reports, Vanderpump's family members are distancing themselves due to Vanderpump's alleged "egotistical behavior."

"They are fed up. They have given her too many chances and they cannot stand the person she has become," says the RadarOnline source. They do not even recognize her anymore and want nothing to do with her," one insider close to the family told the site. And what's more is they feel she is a 'very demanding control freak,' and a complete 'egomaniac.'"
