On Thursday, Future posted a cryptic caption on Instagram that led many to believe that the Atlanta rapper may have been referring to his recent breakup with Ciara.

"I dnt respond to rumors I respond to money," Future wrote on Instagram underneath a photo of himself looking at his phone.

Future's fans quickly responded to the post offering their advice to the rapper as well as expressing their support for Future and Ciara's now estranged relationship.

"Hope you and Ciara work it out and remember it's not the situation it's how you handle the situation," Instagram user @buterflyyyy_kisssesss wrote.

Another Instagram user, @mcmathcrystal, wrote, "Sweetie I am not one to pass judgement, only you and GOD knows, I don't believe anything unless I see it ith my own eyes and have concrete evidence. If you have been and are true to Ciara, and yourself, you fight for your woman and your relationship with her, I believe you are honorable, prove all these haters wrong."

Us Weekly was the first to report that Ciara and Future had ended their engagement due to his alleged infidelity during their relationship.

The rumor report regarding Future's cheating came just three months following the birth of Ciara and Future's son Future Zahir Wilburn, E! News reports.

According to Hollywood Life, Rihanna was among the people rumored to have been linked to the rapper while he was engaged to Ciara. Just recently, Rihanna and Future were spotted out together in NYC, adding more fuel to the infidelity rumors.

Now that the cheating rumors have exploded in the news, Ciara is allegedly "humiliated and angry."

"She's usually so outgoing but most of her friends haven't heard from her since the news broke," says an E! News source."She's definitely not talking about it. Who could blame her? It's a hard time for her. She's humiliated and angry."
