Apple is already gearing up for its Apple launch and keynote event happening today, Sept. 10, at the tech giant's Cupertino, Ca. headquarters. Probably the biggest Apple event to happen this year, the electronics company is expected to reveal several new devices to be added to its string of gadgets that have made their mark in the industry.

Apple has remained mum about what the keynote event will offer the anticipating market. However, with all the rumors that have swirled the net over the past months, gadget geeks are already pretty acquainted with what the company has in store.

Following rumors, Apple could be releasing a new budget iPhone that follows the specifications that have swirled that net for months. Based on the invites sent out by the company that features colored circles behind the Apple logo with the caption "This should brighten everyone's Day", the company is expected to launch the iPhone 5C - "C" for "Color". The smartphone will reportedly come in an array of colors, with a plastic back cover, and at a cheaper price. It will be Apple's first take on the budget smartphone category.

The event is also expected to reveal the iPhone 5S which will be the successor of the current iPhone 5. According to iDigiTimes, the smartphone will feature a dual core A7 processor, a 12 megapixel camera with dual LED flash, and a fingerprint scanner. As far as leaked images are concerned, the phone will reportedly come in white, black and champagne colors.

The launch and keynote event will start at 10 a.m. PT or 1 p.m. ET with an address from Apple CEO Tim Cook, says the report. The event will be exclusively to media and press people who have received the invites to the event. However, it is still unclear whether Apple will be live streaming the event online. Should the company choose to stream the launch, it will be posting it on its official website's events page.
