Gwyneth Paltrow heated up the screen as she gave Mark Ruffalo a lap dance in the movie, "Thanks for Sharing." Stripped down to her underwear, Paltrow revealed a fit and toned physique but found the experience embarrassing, according to EOnline.

Paltrow said she usually does not mind stripping off, but then it's an entirely different story when cameras are rolling and a film crew is watching her execute her sexy moves, according to EOnline. She said, "I'm just very strict about my exercise; it's still incredibly embarrassing to be in front of a crew...It was crazy." Wearing black La Perla lingerie, Paltrow wowed as she performed the lap dance on Ruffalo.

With Tracy Anderson as her fitness trainer, it's no surprise that Paltrow is in hot shape. She looked so good doing the lap dance that the scene did not reveal any tell-tale signs of embarrassment she may have felt during the filming. If anything, her strict adherence to healthy eating and regular workouts paid off. She told EOnline that, "I'm religious about that, so luckily, most of the time, when you ask me to take my clothes off, I'm pretty good to go."

Interestingly enough, Paltrow's better half Chris Martin walked in on the set, an unexpected visitor, just as Paltrow was doing the lap dance scene, according to Entertainment Weekly. The 'Coldplay' frontman reportedly said, "Carry on. She looks great."

When asked if her husband Chris Martin has had the privilege of lap dances at home, Paltrow grinned and said, "I will not reveal my secrets," as reported by EOnline.

"Thanks for Sharing" is a dramedy that discusses sex addiction. In the movie, Paltrow plays the role of a fitness buff who gets romantically involved with a recovering sex addict. The actress revealed that she had to read up and study about sexual secrets for her role, particularly the psychological affliction of sex addiction. Paltrow calls the behavior self-destructive, saying that, "People are in pain and they look outwards for ways to feel better and sometimes they get addicted to that rush of sex," according to EOnline.
