Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh said this week that he is not planning to talk to LeBron James after the four-time Most Valuable Player decided to part ways with them and return to the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Bosh and the Heat are scheduled to face James and the Cavaliers in a preseason game on Saturday in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, but he reiterated that he won't consider sitting down with the Cleveland superstar, saying that he only cares about his teammates.

"I'm in the mode where I'm trying to lead my team, help these guys out around here," Bosh said via ESPN. "If guys aren't in this locker room, I don't have much time for them -- if any."

Bosh, who also considered leaving the Heat this offseason before signing a five-year maximum deal to stay in Miami, knows that the media will hype up the upcoming games between the Heat and Cavs, especially their first regular-season meeting on Christmas Day.

The All-Star power forward reiterated, though, that it is not a big deal to him because he is just focused on getting better as an individual and as a team moving forward.

"Everybody's going to hype it up, and it's going to be a big deal," Bosh said. "But for us, it's just another opportunity to get better. We know everything that's surrounding the situation, and it is what it is. As far as we're concerned, this is our team, this is what we're trying to build toward, the past is the past, we're moving on."

Bosh's statement raised eyebrows, especially after Heat teammate Dwyane Wade had a more friendly statement when he was asked about James recently.

Wade said in an interview with Bleacher Report earlier this month that he, Bosh and James will always be friends no matter where they are playing.

"Whether we are playing together or not, we're friends," Wade said. "Me and Chris [Bosh], we all have our certain friends, no matter what the game of basketball brings or doesn't bring. Those are friends beyond. People are gonna try to make it something. But we're not really worried about it. We know what we have, who we are."
