Singer Jessie J comes to the rescue when it comes to her colleagues. She attended William Rast's fashion premiere at Lord & Taylor in New York City on Oct. 9, where she took the time to stand up for "Bang Bang" co-star Ariana Grande.

The rumors continue that singer and actress Ariana Grande is quite the diva. People claim that she is a nightmare to work with and that her attitude is uncontrollable. Jessie J said Grande is nowhere near a diva and that she just knows "what she wants." The "Problem" singer recently collaborated with Jessie J and rapper Nicki Minaj on Jessie J's hit "Bang Bang." The three ladies seem to get along just fine as they performed the song together at the 2014 VMA's despite Minaj's wardrobe malfunction.

"I always say, judge a person when you meet them," Jessie told Us Magazine about Ariana. 

"I've met Ariana, and there's a very thin line between 'diva' and 'survival.' And a lot of people can't [differentiate that] -- and I've had that," she said. "I've had the diva stuff. And it's when people can't cope with how passionate you are, and how much you car."

Jessie continued to rave about Grande whom she says is a great girl.

"She's super talented, she's very young, and she's very sure of what she wants," Jessie said. "I think she's wonderful. She's great."

Grande get her big start of Nickelodeon's "iCarly" and then went on to appear on "Victorious" also on the kid's network. Ariana then got her own show "Sam & Cat" but shortly after broke out as a singer with "I love the Way." The petite star with the big voice has even been called the biggest pop star of this year collaborating with rapper Iggy Azalea, Zedd and other big names in the music industry.
