One of the best parts of "Magic Mike" was the dancing, and for the highly anticipated sequel, viewers will be getting a lot more of it.

Channing Tatum was on the "Today" show where he talked to Tamron Hall a little bit about "Magic Mike XXL," notes Us Weekly.

"This is the Super Bowl version of what the first one was," Tatum said. "I'm dancing probably five times as much in this one."

Though he's willing to show off his dance moves on screen, he's a little shy about showing them to his wife, Jenna Dewan Tatum. The actor explained that he does show her a little bit of the choreography, but he doesn't like to dance in front of her because she's a talented dancer. His wife has danced for Janet Jackson and 'NSYNC.

Their relationship started after meeting on "Step Up" in 2006.

Tatum also opened up about fatherhood and how it has changed him.

"Fatherhood ... it teaches you a lot," he said. "Talking about mortality ... I have never been afraid to fly on a plane in my whole life, and now, like, getting on a plane is a big deal. Things matter. As soon as Jenna got pregnant, everything sort of changed."

In another interview, Tatum explained that shooting the "Magic Mike" sequel has also been a quite different experience. For the 2012 movie, no one knew it was happening. This time there's more expectations.

But Tatum is also excited for what they'll be able to do on screen, and he said that the sequel will be "lighter" and "so much fun."

The actor recently met Joe Manganiello's girlfriend, Sofia Vergara.

"It's like the perfect storm of beauty," he said of the couple.

And he said that proposing and having a baby are "extreme" things before patting himself on the back for his diaper changing skills.
