Kesha has filed a lawsuit against her longtime producer, Dr. Luke.

The 27-year-old singer said that Dr. Luke has abused her "sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally." The reports say that the singer was forced to do drugs and drink alcohol "to remove her defenses."

The singer said she has been abused by Dr. Luke since she first signed with him at 18.

One time, the report said, she took drugs before getting on a plane and he took advantage of her.

She was later given pills, which Dr. Luke allegedly called "sober pills." The next day, the report said, she woke up sore, sick and naked on Dr. Luke's bed.

Kesha is also saying that he caused her to have an eating disorder.

"You are not that pretty, you are not that talented, you are just lucky to have me," Dr. Luke allegedly said to the pop star.

Kesha wants to be released from her contract. The singer, who entered rehab earlier this year, wants to have control of her career and move on.

"The facts presented in our lawsuit paint a picture of a man who is controlling and willing to commit horrible acts of abuse in an attempt to intimidate an impressionable, talented, young female artist into submission for his personal gain," Kesha's lawyer, Mark Geragos, said. "Kesha is focused on moving her life and her career beyond this terrible time."

The producer is counter suing the singer.

He accuses her of making up lies so that she can get out of their contract. He adds that she is trying to extort him.

Dr. Luke says Kesha's mother and new management firm are behind the lies.

He also says that he has had a copy of the lawsuit for months, signaling that she's only looking to get out of her contract.
