After releasing "Baby Don't Lie," her first solo single in eight years, Gwen Stefani teased another new track titled "Spark The Fire."

While sitting down with AMP Radio (also "The Voice") host Carson Daly on Monday, Stefani offered fans a sneak peek of her latest project.

In the percussion-heavy song produced by fellow "The Voice" coach and favorite collaborator Pharrell, she seemingly goes back to her "Love. Angel. Music. Baby." roots with her fierce attitude and throwback sound.

The No Doubt frontwoman starts off the track by asking listeners, "Are you guys ready?" When the track becomes faster with explosive beat, she shouts the catchy lines, "Who got the lighter? / Let's spark the fire" before showing off her rap skills.

Stefani explained how she ended up recording "Spark The Fire" with Skateboard P. "He's like, 'I gotta play this. I have to play you this," she said. "And so he plays me this song, and it was like magic. All it was a beat and he was singing this melody on top and I just knew, 'that's it.' That night, after shooting all day, we went in the studio all night long, stayed up till 4 in the morning, came back, got on set and then didn't finish."

"Then I met him in New York at my fashion show after working all week, and again, we went into the studio all night long, didn't finish, but had these incredible songs coming out," she continued. "He came off of tour from Europe, met me in Miami, and we finished the song."

The blonde star also confirmed that although her original plan was to record "a couple songs," there are now enough songs for an album and she is "still working" on it.
