Justin Bieber is reportedly planning something special for his on-and-off-again girlfriend Selena Gomez on Christmas.

According to HollywoodLife.com, the Canadian pop star wants to spend some time with the "Spring Breakers" actress on a holiday vacation, once they reunite.

"Justin will get Selena something nice, most likely a trip for Christmas that they can do together," a source revealed. "But the present he really wants to give her is his promise that he is a changed guy."

The source hinted that the on-and-off couple is close to reconciliation.

"They are talking and they will be together on Christmas, Justin just has to take a few more steps than usual," the source explained.

Bieber is apparently willing to do whatever it takes to get Gomez back into his life by Christmas, especially because he misses being intimate with her.

"Justin misses the intimacy he shares with Selena and that is why he always wants her back," another source said. "They both know what each other likes in the sex department. And Justin is looking into getting her back on a full-time basis as boyfriend-girlfriend by Christmas. He is obsessing over the fact to be with her by then and will do whatever is needed to get that achieved."

Meanwhile, it seems like the pair will reconcile soon, as they are reportedly talking to each other again.

"She hasn't said that she's going to take him back, but that's usually how it goes once they get back in touch," an insider recently claimed to HollywoodLife.com.

Gomez is apparently regretting her reaction over Bieber's intimate dinner date with rumored fling Kendall Jenner in Paris, France.

"She's been saying stuff about how she overreacted and how she has to take responsibility for her part in things," the insider added. "So it definitely seems like she's opened her heart up to him again."
