Britney Spears Boyfriend 2014: Singer Allegedly Dating Charlie Ebersol
Britney Spears may have called it quits with her ex-boyfriend, David Lucado just a few months ago in August, but the "Circus" singer is already moving on with producer and writer Charlie Ebersol, son of "SNL" co-creator, Dick Ebersol, Us Weekly reports.
"He's a sweet guy, and we'll see where it goes," says the Us Weekly source.
An E! News source also adds that the new couple first met through friends.
"He is the sweetest guy ever and they are very much enjoying getting to know one another," the E! News source adds. "They are both very happy and having fun. It's just the beginning so no idea if it will become serious but right now they are having a lot of fun together."
On Aug. 28, Spears announced that she was newly single via Twitter.

At the time, Spears and Lucado just ended their relationship after Spears allegedly discovered that Lucado cheated on her. TMZ reported that Spears' father broke the news of Lucado's infidelity to his daughter. Spears later banned Lucado from seeing her at her concerts, a TMZ rep wrote at the time. Though Spears has yet to comment on her new relationship with Ebersol, she has been actively tweeting about "Britney Day" which is currently being celebrated in Las Vegas. Last month, it was reported that Las Vegas named Nov. 5 as "Britney Day."
Spears' Las Vegas holiday came as a result of the singer's successful residency in the City of Lights since December 2013, MTV reported.
Her current "Piece of Me" residency in Las Vegas has proven to be so successful that she received a pay increase and now earns $1 million a week, said E! News.
