The parents of Amanda Bynes are filing legal documents in the next few days to hand over the conservatorship of their daughter to someone else, and then they're moving to Texas.

According to TMZ, after the docs are filed, Amanda will be under conservatorship from a mental health professional who specializes in handling people with severe mental illnesses.

Her parents have made arrangements to transfer power over financial matters to another person, who will be Amanda's new money manager.

The former Nickelodeon star tweeted, "What is wrong with them? My lawyer is working to have them fully removed from being my conservator, because they don't deserve control over my money - They are miserable in their life and I will fight to get control of my finances taken away from them!"

She tweeted before that she was not given money for a hotel so she had to stay with friends and because she didn't get enough sleep she fell asleep on a couch.

"A paparazzi snuck in and took pictures of me FYI! I hate my parents for still not giving me money for a hotel," she tweeted.

On Tuesday, she tweeted about the dispute with her parents and mentioned wanting them to give up conservatorship.

"They are withholding my belongings and money from me so I don't have new clothes or enough money to rent an apartment," she tweeted.

"We aren't speaking...So until I get a different conservator I'll look terrible because I don't have enough to get new clothes or anything I need."

That same day Amanda took to Twitter to speak about her illness.

"I was diagnosed with bi-polar and manic depressive so I'm on medication and I'm seeing my psychologist and psychiatrist weekly so I'm fine," she said.

She also explained that her lawyer said that she has to comply with taking medication and seeing the psychiatrist in order for her parents to give up conservatorship.
