Univision 'La Malquerida' Telenovela Recap and Spoilers: Ulises Returns, Esteban No Longer Wants to Be With Cristina
Previously on "La Malquerida," Esteban admitted that loving Acacia was a punishment. Esteban killed Acacia's father, Alonso, to be with Cristina, but has now fallen for Alonso and Cristina's daughter. (Catch up on episodes 61-65 here.)
Here's what happens on episodes 66-70 of "La Malquerida."
Episode 66:
Cristina tells Esteban that she feels uneasy about his relationship with Acacia. Esteban is worried that she can tell what's happening.
Acacia asks Esteban not to leave, causing Esteban to question whether this is her idea or Cristina's.
Episode 67:
Cristina tells Rubio that she's ready to take over the family ranch, adding that she should have done so after her husband died.
Danilo tells German to not speak to his wife in that way, which surprises German.
Alejandra reveals that she and Danilo have just gotten married.
Esteban tells Cristina that she shouldn't worry about the ranch because he'll continue to take care of it.
Episode 68:
Ulises and Acacia bump into each other in a park, and he is hurt because he has just escaped his captors. Acacia believes he was just lying, calls him names and slaps him.
Alejandra has decided to get Danilo arrested, and if that doesn't work, then she will kill him.
Episode 69:
Esteban arrives furiously because Hector is in her home. Cristina tells Esteban that he has no right to tell her what to do, and she tells him to leave.
Alejandra overhears Danilo hitting a man. Danilo asks why he didn't take care of Ulises.
Esteban has decided that the only woman he wants to be with is Acacia; he no longer wants Cristina.
Episode 70:
Ulises tells Acacia that even though he suffered very much, he never committed fraud. He also says he would never leave with Nuria because Acacia is the only one he loves. Acacia continues to call him a liar.
