Trouble is reportedly brewing in New York as reports indicate that Knicks superstar Carmelo Anthony is at odds with Tim Hardaway Jr.

According to ESPN, Anthony got frustrated when Hardaway allegedly shouted at him after failing to get the rebound in a play during their loss to the Brooklyn Nets last week. He reportedly shouted expletives at Hardaway and said he will beat him up when they get to their locker room after the game.

The two did not engage in a physical altercation, but sources say there was a heated exchange inside the locker room.

Reports revealed that Anthony and Hardaway have not been in good terms since the Knicks drafted the second-year guard last season. Hardaway is reportedly questioning Anthony's shot selection and lack of effort on the defensive end of the floor.

When asked about the alleged rift between him and Hardaway, Anthony admitted that there was indeed a heated argument last week, but the All-Star forward insisted that it was just a normal exchange between the two of them.

"Me and Tim have no problems," Anthony said according to ESPN before their 109-95 loss to the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday night. "Tim is a guy who I always wrapped my arm around and put under my wing from Day 1, helped him through times when he's been down, and I will continue doing that."

Sources added that the Knicks' team chemistry is a big question mark at this point because there are players who do not like to play with a certain teammate.

Aside from the chemistry issue, Knicks players are reportedly frustrated with the triangle offense being implemented by rookie coach Derek Fisher.

Anthony also denied that the team is questioning Fisher's triangle offense. He said they are getting frustrated at times, but all of them are committed to learning the complex system, which gave Knicks president Phil Jackson 11 championship rings as a coach.

"We're all committed. We're all committed to the triangle and to this system," Anthony said. "We do have times when we do get frustrated. But are we committed as a team to doing what's right by it? We are committed. We said it from day one."

The Knicks have lost 10 straight games and are currently in 13th place in the Eastern Conference standings with their disappointing 4-20 record.
