On Sunday, "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star, Kandi Burruss took to Instagram prior to the airing of the latest "RHOA" episode to pay tribute to her late mother-in-law, Sharon Tucker, who died suddenly from a stroke earlier this month, WetPaint reports.

In the photo's caption, Burruss writes about her discomfort towards watching the upcoming "RHOA" episode that features her mother-in-law arguing with her about comments Burruss' mother made about Sharon allegedly working as a "pimp."

It's so weird watching this episode knowing that #MamaSharon isn't here anymore. I truly miss her!" Burruss writes.

She adds, "On tonight's episode you'll see her let me have it about the things that were said about her, but what you won't see is how two seconds later she was ready to go have fun."

Burruss then concludes her caption by describing Sharon as a loving person, adding that her late mother-in-law "would speak her mind & put you in your place if she needed to but as soon as she got it off her chest she was giving you hugs & wanting to have fun together."

Earlier this month, Sharon-also known as Miss Sharon- became unconscious after suffering from a stroke in New York City. She was quickly rushed to the hospital where she later fell into a coma and passed away the following day, the Daily Mail reported at the time. Following the death of Miss Sharon, both Kandi and her husband Todd Tucker took to Instagram to pay tribute to her. Kandi described Sharon as a "young spirit" who kept in touch with Todd "every day." "It's hard losing people that you love but when it's out of the blue with no warning it just makes it that much harder. ... I'm still in shock," she continued.

Todd described his mother as a "fighter" and "warrior for her son." "It was me and her against the world!" he added.
