Legendary Singer Stevie Wonder welcomed his ninth child with girlfriend Tomeeka Robyn Bracy, Us Weekly reported on Wednesday.

The couple had a baby girl named Nia, making it their second child together.

The 64-year-old musician revealed the pregnancy last month in an interview with The View.

"The truth is we're going to have a wonderful daughter, born in December, [and her] name is going to be Nia, which is 'purpose,'" Stevie said in response to rumors saying that they were having triplets.

Purpose is also one of the seven principles of Kwanzaa.

Stevie was married to Syreeta Wright for a year in 1970 and Karen "Kai" Millard Morris for 11 years. He split with his last wife in 2012. They had two children together, Access Hollywood reported. The Grammy winner's first wife died of cancer at the age of 58 in July 2004.

Stevie recently was awarded with the Presidential Medal of Honor in November, the Washington Times reported. He was introduced to the White House audience by his legal name, Stevland Morris.

President Barack Obama talked about buying Stevie's album back in 1972. The album "Talking Book" had Wonder's hit songs like "Superstition" and "You Are the Sunshine of My Life." He said the album was the first album ever that he bought with his own money.

"I was 10 years old, maybe 11 -- with my own cash," the president said. "I didn't have a lot of it. And that thing got so worn out ... Young people, you won't remember this, but they had albums."

The star made his mark in the world despite becoming blind as a baby. At the age of 11, he was signed onto MoTown Records with the stage name "Little Stevie Wonder" according to IMDb. He got his name because it was a wonder how a little boy could play so many instruments and sing all at the same time.
