Jay Leno recently appeared as Craig Ferguson's final guest on "The Late Late Night" show and recalled his uninteresting interview with former "Bachelorette" star, Trista Sutter.

Leno's memory of his dull interview with Sutter was prompted by Ferguson's question about whether the former "Tonight Show" host "glassed over" his guests while they were talking in interviews, Us Weekly reports.

Though Leno admitted to "glassing over" his guests, he blamed his guests--particularly Sutter--for being boring and causing him to lose focus.

"The classic example is I had one of these reality stars on... Trista! From one of these Bachelorettes... So, I'm sitting and I'm looking at the side of her head. I couldn't be less interested. I've never seen this stupid reality show - you know what it was," Leno told Ferguson.

Leno concluded his story by recalling the moment after his interview with Sutter when he met the reality-TV star in the parking lot and forgot her name.

"I go out in the parking lot, there's this woman standing next to me with her boyfriend. She goes, 'Hey, can I have a picture?' I said, "Sure, how're you doing?' She goes, 'Good.' 'So what's your name?' She goes, 'What?' 'What's your name?' 'Trista,'" he recalled.

Following Leno's interview on "The Late Late Night" show, Sutter took to Twitter to playfully diss Leno for suggesting that she was an example of a boring guest on his show, E! News reports.

Though Leno named Sutter as one of his boring guests, Sutter's website boasts that the original "Bachelorette" star has garnered over 100,000 online followers since becoming a reality-TV star and has released a memoir, "Happily Ever After" detailing how she's sustained her marriage and lifestyle over the years.

Jay Leno has yet to respond to Sutter's online jab.
