There are only a few days left until Teresa Giudice is scheduled to report to prison to begin her jail sentencing for bankruptcy fraud on Jan. 5.

And according to Us Weekly via the HollywoodLife.com, Giudice is "panicking" as she attempts to get her family affairs in order before she must report to prison.

"She's worried about her parents dying, her husband cheating and leaving her girls," said a source to Us Weekly about "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" star.

The source also adds that Giudice fears for her safety and well-being while living in a women's prison.

"Celebrities are often targets of bullying in a women's prison, which is what Teresa should look out for," the Hollywood Life warns, with an Us Weekly source adding, "[Teresa] won't realize how much she needs her freedom until it's gone. Whatever she thinks, it will actually be 100-times worse."

Another report from Radar Online claims that Giudice is also looking to secure a home for her children prior to going to prison because she worries that her husband, Joe, will not be a proper caregiver to their children.

"She knows Joe doesn't want to take care of them, and she doesn't think he's capable," said a Life & Style source via Radar Online. "Teresa has become so desperate, she's now considering giving her kids to friends!"

While Giudice seeks housing for her younger children, her oldest daughter, Gia has already made plans to live at the home of her fellow girl group member, according to Radar Online.

Gia hopes that by staying at her band member's home, she will get the maternal support from the mother of the house since she knows it will be difficult to contact her own mother while she's in prison, Radar Online reports.

"She's at the age where she really needs a mother in her life to help her through the changes of going from a girl into a young woman," said a Radar Online source. "And it's not like she'll be able to pick up a phone and dial her mom at a moment's notice."
