As 2014 is coming to an end, we take a look at some of the biggest fights within the music industry.

Yahoo! reported on the top 25 feuds in the past year but it's hard to forget about the famous Jay Z and Solange elevator fight, especially when we're reminded about it in a song.

Earlier in the year, leaked footage from an elevator showed Beyoncé's sister Solange ferociously fighting with Jay Z. As she kicked and punched at him, he backed up and blocked her blows while a security guard stopped her.

The "Flawless" singer did nothing. She just got out the way and later posted fun pictures of her sister.

The public have their speculations on why the incident happened but are still in the dark after Beyoncé released a vague statement that her family is working through their issues like any other family would. Neither party ever stated why Solange flipped out.

She later made a remix to "Flawless" and stated in her lyrics, "We escalate, up in this b**ch like elevators. Of course sometimes sh*t go down when it's a billion dollars on an elevator."

Beyoncé is not the only one that wrote a song about an incident the public did not know the details of. Taylor Swift wrote, "Bad Blood," that was sparked from a fight between her and Katy Perry that started way back in 2013.

Reports say Katy Perry hired a large team of dancers from Taylor Swift's team who were actually with Perry in the past.

Taylor then said an unnamed source did something horrible to her in business by trying to sabotage her whole arena tour by trying to hire a bunch of people from under her. It was obvious she was talking about the incident with Katy Perry.

Later reports show that Perry's boyfriend, Diplo, got into the mix to defend her. Then Taylor Swift's new friend Lorde jumped into the altercation and defended Swift.

Let's hope that 2015 brings a new slate for all those who had "bad blood" in 2014.
