Nicki Minaj & Safaree Samuels Breakup News Update 2015: Source Claims 'Only' Rapper's Rant Against Men Was Directed at Ex-Boyfriend [Video]
On Friday, Jan. 30, Nicki Minaj performed at the Bud Light House of Whatever concert and took subliminal jabs at her ex-boyfriend, Safaree Samuels, HollywoodLife.com reports.
Prior to performing her song, Minaj asked the crowd of men "Are men worse liars?" and immediately received a resounding boo in the audience, says a Hollywood Life source.
"Motherf***as get where they going and then they wanna leave yo ass when they get there. About Motherf***as that don't know how to appreciate a motherf***ing good thing until it's gone," she added.

Although Minaj did not specifically name who she was talking about in her pre-performance speech, the Hollywood Life source suggests that Minaj's target might have been Samuels.
Earlier this month, Samuels sat down with Power 105.1's "The Breakfast Club" to talk about his breakup with Minaj. Samuels revealed that he was the one who initially "walked away" from the relationship after Minaj chose fame over him and continuously disrespected their relationship over the course of 11 years.
"I walked away. I'm not going to say I broke up, but I'm the one who walked away," Safaree explained. "I packed up my stuff and I left. I just got to the point where the respect wasn't there. Everyone around her works for her, you know? So it got to the point where it was like, I'm your man. I'm who you go to sleep with every night. I'm who you wake up with every morning. And it got to the point where I was being treated like an employee, instead of like her man."
Samuels also suggested that it was he who helped Minaj write her rap lyrics and was responsible for helping to create the worldwide music sensation that she is now.

So far, Samuels has yet to respond to Minaj's subliminal diss at the Bud Light concert.
