It has recently been reported that Justin Bieber is the one who is keeping Zedd from being fully committing to Selena Gomez.

According to HollywoodLife.com, the DJ is uncertain whether he should take his relationship with "The Heart Wants What It Wants" singer to the next level or not, because the latter still deals with the Canadian pop star from time to time.

"He's falling hard for her and at the same time isn't ready to fully commit until he's 100% reassured that Justin is out of the picture," a source revealed. "It doesn't help that the lyrics in Justin's new song are all about Selena, but she told him that the song doesn't mean anything to her, and neither does Justin's apology."

However, it seems that Zedd has nothing to worry about, as Gomez is apparently making every effort to show him that she has moved on from Bieber for good.

"In fact, when she's with Zedd, she tries not to talk about Justin at all," the source continued. "She is determined to make it work with Zedd."

Not only she does not bring up the "Boyfriend" singer in her conversation with the EDM star, but also sends him intimate photos and messages.

"Selena is well aware of Zedd's concern that she may leave him for Justin, so she's doing everything she can to convince him that it would never happen. She's been texting him sexy selfies and sweet messages," another source told HollywoodLife.com.

In fact, Gomez took to her Instagram account on Jan. 29 to post a snapshot taken while hanging out with her girl pals.

"That whole Instagram photo of her friends playing with her hair was directed to Zedd specifically because he loves playing with her hair and she loves it when he does -- it's like their thing," the source added.
