In "Neighbors," Seth Rogen and his on-screen wife Rose Byrne battled a fraternity as the new parents tried to raise a baby. Now, a sequel is coming out and the duo will face a sorority, according to Cinema Blend.

Rogen and Byrne, along with Zac Efron will return in "Neigbors 2" in 2016, the Hollywood Reporter said. Instead of battling the same fraternity that caused Rogen and Byrne headaches in the first film, they will enlist the help of the fraternity against a sorority that has moved in next door.

Rogen will produce this movie as well with Evan Goldberg and James Weaver. That same trio produced "The Interview."

Shooting for the film will begin this summer in time for a March 13, 2016, release.

Besides knowing there is a new neighbor in town, there are little details about this movie. In the first "Neighbors," the writers did a good job of wrapping up the movie, with most characters moving on.

Critics said that Rogen, Byrne and Efron had great chemistry together, so a sequel could be just as successful as the first. Worldwide, the first "Neighbors" movie made about $268 million.

Viewers might expect to see Efron's character Teddy Sanders as a more mature, less party-focused adult. Sanders, who is now done with school, might have grown out of his partying days and might understand that Rogen and Byrne's characters (Mac and Kelly Rader) just want some peace and quiet.

Efron will likely ask his fraternity buddies to help out Rogen and Byrne in battling the sorority.

Rogen last starred in "The Interview." The movie, which showed Americans assassinating North Korea's leader, was initially pulled from theatres only to be put back in smaller theatres and streamed online.

Currently, Rogen is shooting the next Steve Jobs movie, where he plays Steve Wozniak.
