Kate Middleton showed off her huge baby bump Wednesday during a visit to the Cape Hill Children's Centre in Smethwick, England.

Us Weekly reports the Duchess of Cambridge usually keeps the baby bump covered up with coats. but for this event, she took off her jacket revealing her stomach and a Seraphine Florrie dress. Middleton wore the same dress to visit family in January. At the event, she learned about the charity's work of supporting youth's emotional well-being at the children's center.

The 33-year-old also stepped out in a new half-up half-down hairstyle Wednesday. The bouncy blowout was complete with curled ends with her locks formed at the crown of her head in a loose knot, Us Weekly reports.

Middleton visited the Emma Bridgewater factory in Stoke-on-Trent, England to see the production of a charity mug she helped create. The mug boasts a ladybird and floral design which are available for pre-order. Middleton is using the mugs to help raise money for sick children and their families at the East Anglia's Children's Hospices. With each purchase, 10 pounds goes to charity.

The Duchess also met with families from the Donna Louise Children's Hospice for a ceramics making workshop where she painted her own pottery. She also was presented with a painting made just for her of the area's Lake District which was created by a teenager being cared for at the Donna Louise Hospice.

Middleton came up with the idea to create mugs with Emma Bridgewater since the company has created several charity collections throughout the years and has been manufacturing ceramics since 1985.
