While fans are anxiously awaiting her eighth studio album to be released, Rihanna seemingly unveiled the possible cover art for her latest project.

The Barbadian star, who just celebrated her 27th birthday on Feb. 20, took to her Twitter account on the same day to share a snapshot of herself and what could be the artwork for her forthcoming record.

The mysterious black-and-white image sees braless RiRi rocking a pair of dark eyebrows and a dark lipstick, clad in oversized ensemble. She tweeted:

"R8" in the caption clearly suggests that the photo could be part of the album cover or the accompanying booklet, since Rihanna's forthcoming LP is rumored to be titled "R8."

The "FourFiveSeconds" singer also posted the same picture on her Instagram account, along with a birthday message:

Meanwhile, "R8" is set to be produced by none other than Rihanna's favorite collaborator, Kanye West. The Chicago emcee, who appeared on the red carpet at Sunday's 57th Annual Grammy Awards with wife Kim Kardashian, announced he will be contributing to her new music.

"I'm executive producing Rihanna's album," he told E!'s Ryan Seacrest according to Billboard. "I played her my album, and I said I got a few songs with Paul McCartney. She couldn't get past the record. She had to have it on her album."

"So now we're at the Grammys doing it," added West, who performed RiRi's lead single alongside her and McCartney live for the first time.
