Reality TV personality Kim Zolciak-Biermann is taking the tiny-waist training trend to new levels.


The 36-year-old former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star and mother of six recently boasted on Instagram she credits her new, sleek look to No Waist Clique. In the past, she has openly admitted to getting a tummy tuck and breast augmentation.

"Soooo you guys finally talked me into trying a waist trainer," Zolciak recently posted on social media. "I can't believe how tiny it makes my waist I'm obsessed with @nowaistclique waist trainer and it doesn't show through my clothes."

Jessica Alba was one of the first to pubicly kick off the craze by recently by sharing she wore a corset all day, every day for at least three months trying to trim away the baby fat that came after given birth to daughters Honor and Haven, according to Entertainment Tonight.

According to People, Kim and Khloe Kardashian have reportedly been practicing believers since last August, with Khloe posting a picture last week that showed off her Waist Gang Society waist trainer.

Snooki, JWoww and Amber Rose have also went on record, supporting the practice. Still, as popular as waist training is becoming, the practice has still managed to spark its share of criticism.

"Cinderella" star Lily James recently came under fire for the waistline she displayed in the Disney film with critics blasting some of the promotional pics of her as photoshopped.

"I naturally have a really small waist and then the corset pulls it in and the skirt makes it bigger so I think the perspective makes it look even smaller," she told ET at the Los Angeles premiere of the movie earlier this month.
