Samsung does it big again this time around as they reveal the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2. To make things more exciting, the Korean tech giant improved the viewing experience with a 5.25 inch screen and other enhanced features.

PCMag.com mentioned how Samsung promised to make their latest smart phone as the perfect device to watch movies, read e-books and play games. It has the Multi Window feature perfect for those who are so used to multitasking.

The Features

The Galaxy Grand 2 runs the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with a 1.2GHz quad core processor and a 2,600mAh battery that is sure to last long for it can support up to 10 hours of music and video play plus a total of 17 hours call time. Its camera features still have the Story Album, the Continuous Shot, Best Photo, and Best Face. It can record audio to match with photos up to nine seconds. Its front camera has 1.9MP while its back cam has 8MP. Its storage size is 8GB and a RAM of 1.5GB.

Digital Trends reports that it was just last December 2012 when the first gen of the Galaxy Grand was launched. Many said it looked similar with the Galaxy S3 but just with a bigger touch screen. Its specifications are more basic to still keep its cost reasonable. However, the company did not reveal the actual price of second gen Grand.

The site further mentioned that it will be made available in colors of pink, black and white and has a total weight of 163 grams and 8.9mm thick. There is still no news available when the Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 will be up for sale but rumors say that it will show a dual SIM version.

CNET news added that a Samsung representative said the Grand 2 will be made available in some regions but no specific plans for the US.
