An Arizona man is raising newborn quadruplets on his own after his wife died just hours after giving birth, PEOPLE reports.

Carlos Morales has gotten help from friends and family members in his effort to raising his four newborn babies where one friend started a GoFundMe site for the Phoenix father.

The site has raised almost $400,000 of the $500,000 asked for. Nearly 11,000 people have donated to Morales in just two months.

"All 4 of the babies are finally home together again," the site reads along with a picture of the quadruplets and a photo of their late mother when she was pregnant beside it.

"I want to thank everyone for the support and the continued Prayers and well wishes. It's been very helpful receiving words of comfort along with the donations," the post continued.

Morales and his late wife Erica welcomed four healthy babies on Jan. 16 after trying to conceive for years and surviving one miscarriage.

The 36-year-old mom died just hours after giving birth through a C-section. She went into hypovolemic shock where she lost massive amounts of blood.

Carlos has taken the role of parenting since the tragic accident and was able to take the last two babies home on March 11.

"These babies don't know yet what blessings they have given me. They have given me four reasons to live," the warehouse supervisor said.

Erica's mother, Sondra Bridges, has been a great help to Carlos Morales, TODAY reports.

"It's funny how things turn out. Bittersweet, but at the same time, thanks to God, and the outpouring support of the public, it's been phenomenal," Bridges said.

"And I'd like to say thank you to each and every one of you. All the support we've gotten from you, we appreciate it."

The newborn babies, Tracy, Paisley, Erica and Carlos Jr., are all healthy and gaining weight, according to their father.
