Amanda Bynes is out of rehab and at home with her family. Whether or not Amanda was ready to leave the rehabilitation facility in Malibu was in question. It seems like Amanda is indeed better now because she has been released and will be spending the holidays with her family.

Amanda's mother's attorney Tamar Arminak, released a statement revealing that the "All That" star is in Los Angeles today in her mothers care. "Amanda and her family would like to thank everyone who's contacted them with good thoughts and wishes for Amanda's recovery. Amanda has completed her inpatient rehabilitation and she's feeling better everyday".

Bynes will continue her "healing process" at home even though she is now done with her psychiatric treatment. Arminak added, "Despite the fact Amanda is no longer in a facility, her outpatient treatment is continuing. She's very happy to reestablish the loving relationship with her family that she once shared". The former child star had been hospitalized with possible schizophrenia and then transferred to a Malibu rehab center to receive psychiatric treatment.

We have not heard from Amanda herself or her family just yet. We hope that Amanda is ready to comeback into the real world again and that she continues to recover back into whom she was. The "What I like About You" actress was a true comedian with a very bright spirit; it would be nice to see her in that light again.

Good luck to her on her DUI case, since that is something that she will be facing soon, and most of all, good luck with shaking off the bad and starting all over again. When Amanda does speak to the media, it will be interesting to know what she has to say about all that she went through. We're excited to see a lively and kind Amanda Bynes once again.
