Not much love is lost between Sandra Vidal and Pablo Montero these days, as the actress used her appearance on an American TV program to accuse the singer of being a bad father, as well as an addict, TV Notas reported.

Montero "has not seen his son in two years already," Vidal claimed. "He does not even have time to call him on Christmas," the "White Rush" star added.

Vidal's and Montero's son, Pablo, is now 7 years old; he is the product of a romance between the two that fell apart after about one year, Crítica recalled. In Telemundo's entertainment program "Suelta la Sopa," Vidal doubled down on her allegations, the Panamanian publication said.

"It has been years since (Montero) saw his son; he does not even have time to call him on the phone," the Argentine-born actress detailed. "Because I am a good person, I did not want to do anything about it; if he wants to give (his son) something, he can go ahead and do it, but I will not beg him (for it). It is tiring and a waste of time."

Vidal added that she preferred not to tackle monetary issues with her ex boyfriend, according to TV Notas.

"I chose to no longer talk about money with Pablo Montero," she said.

Without giving details, the actress also accused the "Dónde Estás, Corazón" singer of suffering from an unspecified addiction.

"He is an addict, he has not been cured," Vidal insisted. "Hopefully God will help him."

Montero was involved in a highly public incident in August 2007 when Miami police stopped the singer's car after he allegedly ran a red light; during the investigation, they said that they found a clear bag that tested positive for cocaine and that Montero claimed the drugs as his.

The Mexican star subsequently was found guilty of cocaine possession and was jailed in 2008 for violating the terms of his probation, according to the New York Daily News. The 40-year-old was later released on the condition that he complete a drug rehabilitation program.
