In Tuesday's "19 Kids and Counting" Episode 11, "Jill's' Having A...," Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard find out the gender of Baby Dilly. Jill's buddy group hosts a Duggar-sized reveal party for the entire family. They have a surprise for Derick's mom who is 400 miles away in Omaha. What will the baby's sex be... baby boy or girl?

Immediately after Episode 11, fans can enjoy Episode 12, "Birthing Class and Teamwork," in which Michelle Duggar and the younger kids take dog Bubba for a bath. Since older sisters Jill and Jessa Duggar left home, Joy Duggar is now in charge of delegating chores. Anna sews a present for the newlyweds, Jessa and Ben Seewald, while Jill and Derick attend their first birthing class.

Jill and Derick are on baby watch as the 23-year-old mom-to-be reaches week 41 and 4 days of her pregnancy. Baby Dilly was due in March and could make an appearance any day now.

Concerned fans have repeatedly asked for pregnancy updates. The Dillard family says Jill is feeling fine, reports E! News.

Derick, 26, is reportedly worried about his wife but is staying positive and focusing on guiding her nutrition.

"I'll try and add up her protein every day, make sure we're getting 60-80 grams of protein," Derick told E! News. "At the same time you don't want to get too much because you don't want to have a 10 lb. baby."

Saturday, April 4, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar posted a baby watch update on the Duggar Family blog: "Do you think Baby Dilly is camera shy? Jill Dillard is 41 weeks and 4 days pregnant and so far has only had Braxton Hicks contractions. When do you think he will arrive?"

Jill reportedly had Braxton-Hicks contractions last week and had thought they were labor pains. In an attempt to induce labor naturally, she and her husband went out to eat Friday for spicy food.

"Out to lunch...maybe this spicy Mexican food will make the baby come! Only Braxton Hicks contractions with this weather so far. We shall see what the weekend brings! #nobabyyet #lunchwithmyhubby," she wrote on Instagram.
