Christina Milian recently spoke to HollywoodLife about friend Karrueche Tran's relationship status with Chris Brown and how Tran is dealing with the recent breakup.

Milian revealed that she is "really proud" of Karrueche for choosing to remain apart from Brown after the many times he broke her heart.

"It took a lot for her to come to these types of decisions. At the end of the day, you have to make your own choices for yourself and I feel like she's just really happy right now," Milian said about Tran.

Milian also revealed that Tran is in the midst of jumpstarting her acting and modeling career. Fans should be seeing Tran in a few modeling and acting projects soon.

"She's pursuing her career, she's working really hard. She's modeling, she's acting, there's a lot of stuff she has on the horizon that people are going to see from her," Milian revealed.

When asked whether she feels Tran should take Brown back, Milian replied, "I think she should handle herself. Focus on herself, I think that's important ... I mean, focus on herself!"

HollywoodLife reports that Brown is desperately trying to win back Tran's love but is requesting that Tran accept his daughter he had with another woman while he was still with her.

Meanwhile, Milian is currently dealing with a romantic relationship of her own.

In a recent interview with LA's Real 92.3 radio station, Christina Milian accidentally confirmed her relationship with Lil' Wayne, MTV reports. Although there have been rumors of a relationship between these two, nothing was confirmed.

When asked to discuss her relationship with Wayne, Milian admitted, "He's the sweetest. I love him."

And when she realized what she just confessed, she said, "Oh, sh**!"

Prior to confirming their relationship, Milian collaborated with Wayne on the love song "Start a Fire," which further fueled the rumor that they were together.

When asked why she and Wayne remained low-key about their now-confirmed romance, Milian explained, "Honestly, he's not a public kind of guy; he's not a public figure. If you look at his Twitter, he tweets every now and then. He just started an Instagram. You don't really see him out much -- he really is like: studio, skatepark, eat, studio, skatepark."
