Chiquis Rivera is going through some exciting times in her life right now.


Her debut album, "Ahora," is currently available for pre-order, and her recently released book "Forgiveness" has already made a best seller list. She's also been working on her first cameo. On Instagram, Chiquis also shared an image of herself working on "Tattooed Love."

Rivera's tell-all memoir, "Forgiveness," has only been out for a week, and it is already on the New York Times Best Seller List, Chiquis Rivera announced on an Instagram video.

In the caption, she also excitely talked about the feat.

"With just a week on the shelves #Forgiveness ison The New York Times BestSeller list," she said. "Thanks to YOU guys!!! Thank you sooooo much for believing in me and being intersted in knowing me a little moreon a personal level. You guys are awesome!!!! Thank you God!!!!!!! and my wonderful Momma who are always looking out!"

In an exclusive interview with blogger Perez Hilton, Chiquis explains why she wrote the memoir. She says she wanted to clear up many things that have been said about her that were untrue. She also explains that there was more than just clearing up things; she wanted to share her life's story and some of the experiences that she went through in her life so far.

Though her book has quickly proved to be successful, there will still be some time to see if he rmusic career will be as successful. Her first album will be released on June 2.
