It's fight night on next's week episode of "Young and Hungry," according to a new sneak peek released by ABC Family.

"Everyone's throwing down," the narrator said, as Gabi is seen wrestling with a person in a food costume.

Meanwhile, Sofia says she is breaking the seven-date rule and having sex that same night. As she starts dancing, Gabi tells her to "put that away."

Wednesday night's episode showed the much anticipated love triangle between Gabi, Josh and Cooper.

Gabi wanted to be with Josh before but decided to step back because he was about to get married. In Episode 1 of Season 2, Josh called off his engagement to Gabi's surprise, according to ABC Family.

In Episode 2, Josh started dating a woman who loves to cook, making Gabi afraid of losing her job. He was also off the "dating market" again. Gabi finally started to accept that she and Josh would not work out, and in Episode 5 she planned to take her relationship with Cooper to the next level.

Cooper returns in Episode 7, and this time around Josh is single and can tell Gabi how he really feels about her.

"There's definitely a lot more tension between Josh and Cooper this season," Jessie McCartney, who plays Cooper, tells TVLine. "Before, when Josh was engaged, he couldn't really let on how he felt about Gabi. But now that Josh is single, it becomes a full-on love triangle."

Gabi finally finds out how Josh really feels about her, and she will eventually have to choose between him and Cooper.
