Each and every NFL offseason the NFL Network lists their top 100 football players.

While no two people will 100 percent agree on such an exclusive list, there's no doubt we are sure to see only the best players in the league ranked.

Latin Post takes a look at the first edition, players ranked 100 through 91:

100. Randall Cobb

Starting off the list is Green Bay Packers wide receiver Randall Cobb. Last season, Cobb caught a career-high 91 receptions for 1,287 yards. Cobb is still just 24 years old, and he contributes to special teams as well. Although a great young wide out, Cobb benefits greatly from quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and to be honest, he's not even the best receiver on his own team.

99. Calais Campbell

Calais Campbell has played his entire career with the Arizona Cardinals with his consistent play. he rarely leads the league in anything, but year in and year out he performs at a high level in the NFC West. Campbell has recorded at least six sacks the last six consecutive seasons.

98. Adam Vinatieri

Yes, kickers matter too. Adam Vinatieri may be 42 years old, but he is still an elite field goal kicker in the NFL. Just last season Vinatieri successfully made 30 of his 31 field goal attempts, including every attempt over 50 yards. The Indianapolis Colts have a powerful special teams weapon in Vinatieri.

97. Joe Flacco

Probably the biggest surprise on the list is Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco. The Super Bowl champion quarterback threw 27 touchdowns to just 12 interceptions last season with a 91 passer rating. On top of that, Flacco even led the Ravens to a playoff victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Being ranked at No. 97 is very surprising to see.

96. Jurrell Casey

Arguably one of the most underrated players in the league today. The Tennessee Titans rewarded Casey with a big contract last year because of his great play. Casey has recorded 15.5 sacks over the last two seasons with very little help.

95. Emmanuel Sanders

Coming in at No. 95 is speed demon Emmanuel Sanders. Sanders is fast, really fast. Last season, Sanders thrived playing for the Denver Broncos and Peyton Manning. Sanders had career highs in both yards and touchdowns last season. Although viewed as just a "deep threat," Sanders still had 101 catches last season, and was a terror last year in the slot. Did we mention how fast Sanders is?

94. C.J. Mosley

Tough break for Flacco, a rookie linebacker gets ranked ahead of him. The Ravens just always seem to find a way to bring in the best defensive talent thanks to general manager Ozzie Newsome Jr. C.J. Mosley was the complete package last season deflecting passes, sacking the quarterback, and he recorded 99 tackles. It's unlikely he's the next Ray Lewis, but the Ravens have a great linebacker here.

93. Jason Witten

With Dez Bryant now easily the go to guy for the Dallas Cowboys, Jason Witten's stock has dropped. Witten is still a great tight end, but his receiving yards and catches have both decreased the last three consecutive years. To still be mentioned in the Top 100 at this stage of his career is pretty rewarding.

92. Aaron Donald

Just one year into his NFL career, Aaron Donald has made a big impact. The St. Louis Rams drafted him in the first round in 2014, and he already made the Pro Bowl last season with nine sacks. Still just 23 years old, Donald has a bright future ahead of him.

91. Julian Edelman

This might surprise a lot of NFL fans. Julian Edelman is without a doubt the best slot receiver in the game today, but he does benefit greatly from the system he plays in. It also doesn't hurt having Tom Brady throw you the ball. Edelman make his mark in NFL history when he caught the Super Bowl winning touchdown in Super Bowl 49 for the New England Patriots.
