Floyd Mayweather Jr. improved his record to 48-0 after his unanimous decision win over Manny Pacquiao at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas on May 2. The recent megafight broke all boxing sales records and the unbeaten champion earned around $250 million, including the $100M he got right after fight, ESPN reported.

The huge pay check he received is reportedly the reason why Mayweather unlisted his Florida penthouse. The reigning pound-for-pound king has decided to take his luxury condo off the market, which was previously listed at $1.99 million, Zillow reported.

It was actually first listed in July last year for $2.6 million before the price was reduced to less than $2 million. It's still a good investment, though, as the Daily Mail noted that Mayweather purchased the property in 2010 for only $1.5 million.

The athelete's more than 3000-square-foot Sunny Isles Beach home has four bedrooms. Before Mayweather changed his mind, all the furnishing inside the condo unit would have been included in the sale, listing agent Tanasha Pettigrew of Galleria International Realty told Gossip Extra exclusively.

The unit has central cooling system and a laundry area. It also comes with two parking slots. It is equipped with elevator, lawn and a sports court. It has a strategic waterfront location in Sunny Isles Beach.

Realtor.com noted that the kitchen is designed with "custom cabinetry and caterer-quality appliances." The property's crowning jewel is its master suite and its adjoining bathroom where ocean views can be seen from both locations. The suite also has marble flooring, spa-like shower heads, huge tub, and large sitting areas.

According to Pettigrew, Mayweather, who is considered as one the highest-earning athletes of all time, previously decided to sell the house for personal reasons.

"He wants to leave condo life for a house. His four children are getting older - they are now 12 to 15 years old - so he wants them to be able to run around," Pettigrew said.

But after winning in the biggest fight of his illustrious boxing career, Pettigrew confirmed Mayweather eventually decided to unlist the property. "Now he just wants to keep it. He didn't want to be involved with any real estate transactions while preparing for the fight. Now, he's made some decisions, including this one," Pettigrew said.
