Floyd Mayweather Net Worth: "Money' Shows Off $200,000 Winnings from Golden State-Houston Rockets Playoff Game
Floyd Mayweather Jr. shows off his recent $200,000 winnings from the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets playoff game.
Along with the tremendous 35-point win of the Warriors over the Rockets 115-80 during Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals, Mayweather also scored big bucks. The undefeated champion got his massive earnings by just watching and betting on which NBA team will win in the playoff match. He proudly posted proof of his latest fortune via his Twitter account.

Mayweather had an initial bet of $200,000 and he instantly received another $200,000 after Saturday night's game. He went home with a huge amount of money.
Although this may seem quite a cool profit from a sporting bet, it was not even half of what he got last week. The undefeated boxer revealed on Instagram that he won a hefty amount of money from four bets last weekend. The boxer placed his bet on three NBA games and the boxing match between Gennady "GGG" Golovkin vs. Willie Monroe Jr held at The Forum in Inglewood, California.
"The last 4 days have been great. I'm getting paid while watching others entertain and perform. I don't do anything for free. I bet $350,000.00 and walked away with $827,272.73," Mayweather wrote on Instagram.
Mayweather's net worth would have increased some more with these recent winnings, but they may still be considered just a pinch off the fortune he got from his match against Manny Pacquiao. The Mayweather-Pacquiao megafight that was held at the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas last May 2 broke all boxing sales record. ESPN reported that Mayweather pocketed at least $250M from the fight.
Mayweather, who holds a perfect 48-0 record with 26 knockout victories, will pocket a hefty amount of money in his next fight in September. The reigning pound-for-pound king is being linked to several fighters, including Golovkin and Amir Khan. There is also a clamor for a rematch with Pacquiao, but the Filipino boxing icon will not be ready to fight until next year.
