Nick Young, Iggy Azalea Relationship Update 2015: NBA Player Proposed to Rapper Girlfriend on 30th Birthday
NBA veteran Nick Young and rapper girlfriend Iggy Azalea are now engaged.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the Lakers star swingman got down on one knee and proposed on Monday, his 30th birthday, and Azalea instantly responded "yes" as he presented her with a 10-carat diamond ring.
Later, Young took to Instagram to express his excitement and exhale just a bit.
"She said yes. It's over man," he posted on Instagram, alongside a photo of the couple kissing and Azalea sporting her rock. "I'm getting married!"

It seems only fitting that the somewhat eccentric couple would make their announcement via social media. The two met on Twitter in 2013 and have been seemingly going strong ever since. The two purchased a $3.45 million home together in nearby Tarzana last November.
Described as a "pristine traditional-style home with front-facing bay windows," the 6,630 square feet home previously belonged to Selena Gomez. The two-story dwelling also includes a great room, a card room, a media room, six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a swimming pool with a spa.
As news of the pending union spread, the Lakers sent out their well wishes on Twitter, simply posting "Congrats Swaggy!!"
Young is also known by the moniker "Swaggy P." Meanwhile, the 24-year-old Azalea was born in Sydney, Australia.
She is known for such hits as "Fancy" and "Black Widow," though she recently announced she was canceling her entire "Great Escape Tour." Rolling Stone notes no explanation was given for the cancellation, though the action marks the second time the tour has been scratched from its original April 14 scheduled kickoff.
"There will be a new tour planned around Iggy's new record to be released in 2016 and we apologize for any inconvenience," event organizers wrote to ticketholders in an email.
