Kim Kardashian already hired a nutritionist she's hoping can keep her on a diet strict enough to minimize any serious complications related to her second pregnancy.

TMZ reports Kanye West's newlywed bride suffered from a high-blood pressure disorder known as preeclampsia while pregnant with the couple's first child, near two-year-old daughter North.

The website adds the new hire is being entrusted with devising a weekly meal plan that will largely focus on making certain the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality TV star gets an adequate amount of water and closely monitors her sodium intake over the next several months.

Reports are one already noticeable change involves Kardashian's switch from her routine of a morning donut during her first pregnancy to now reaching for a protein shake of some sort. It seems all part of her plan to avoid such symptoms as swelling, headaches and changes in vision.

When the 34-year-old Kardashian hasn't been charting her course of action, it seems she's been busy denying all sorts of wild and explosive rumors about her family's plight. She recently testily shot down rumors that she and the 37-year-old West are expecting twins.

"It's ridiculous rumors," Kardashian told E! News. "I can't wait till my website's up so I can just say whatever I want, when I want."

Kardashian also took exception with rumors that she be using a surrogate or that she may be carrying a fake bump, just to make it look as if she's expecting.

TMZ reports Kardashian is expected to give birth sometime in the winter of 2016. During a recent episode of "KUWTK," psychic John Edwards told the reality TV star he saw something with the number three, and it turns out she now believes she conceived sometime during the month of March and the number represented the third month of the year.
