Miley Cyrus has bid adieu to one of her real estate properties, which is situated in Toluca Lake.

Miley's longtime residence, part of a trust property given to her by her parents, Billy Ray and Leticia, was sold for almost $6 million, Los Angeles Times reported, citing property records.

The 8,700-square-foot residence where the "Hannah Montana" star formerly lived, includes six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, formal living and dining room complex, a kitchen with a center island, a home theater, a library and a three-car garage.

The luxury home resting on half an acre was also the dwelling place of Cyrus' parents. The couple reportedly bought the property in 2007 for $5,838,000, a little less than its final selling price of $5,995,000.

Photos of the home can also be seen on Variety, when the site announced the listing offer on the market. The pictures show an earth-toned home with neat but lush landscaping outside. Mature palm trees and potted plants displayed at the front of the property create an inviting ambiance to the celebrity home.

Inside, a dramatic sweeping staircase welcomes the visitors. Several built-in cabinets in varying shades of brown line the walls of a private office, the kitchen and what appears to be a library. There is also an interesting room where the family's most treasured guitars were once kept.

Variety added that the Tuscan-style home was designed by architect Bob Easton. Some of his legacy to the home were the columns, arches and wrought iron details, which can also be seen in the photos the outlet provided. Other details that add beauty and elegance to the residence include beamed ceilings, wooden flooring and intricate hanging lights.

The new owners of the California abode can also spend time outdoors with its swimming pool and a huge patio, completing the carefully-manicured grounds. What makes the outside entertainment area more interesting is its skateboard ramp, a sure treat for adventurous young individuals.

Meanwhile, it seems Miley has followed the footsteps of Kim Kardashian, posing nude for PAPER mag to promote awareness for the Happy Hippie Foundation, a charity for the homeless and LGBT youth, and to celebrate her sexuality.
