As the upcoming season of American Idol expects a great fresh start with its judges, who seem to have much better chemistry than the previous season's, Jennifer Lopez is seen whispering in fellow judge Keith Urban's ear during the recent panel.

During a panel at the FOX Winter CPA Press Tour in Pasadena, Calif. on Monday, Jan. 13, the two returning panelists were promoting the new season of the popular reality-singing competition series, sitting next to each other onstage. They already looked like good old friends.

The Latin mogul was spotted giggling as she leaned over and whispered to the country singer's ear, who clearly found whatever Lopez said pretty amusing.

J.Lo was sitting in between Urban and newly joined judge Harry Connick Jr. during the Q&A session, where she showed off her toned legs, sporting a maroon leather skirt and matching pointy heels. Lopez certainly was the center of attention, also clad in a fuchsia sweater, completing her colorful look with a bold statement necklace. She put her highlighted hair in a sleek half up-do, and went for a dramatic cat eye-makeup and natural nude lips.

Urban chose to wear charcoal jeans, a black leather jacket and a T-shirt that read, 'Ford Mustang,' while Connick Jr. sported something more simple in black jeans, a black jacket and a blue-t-shirt.

The trio was answering question from the press, as they sat alongside the longtime host Ryan Seacrest and executive producers Trish Kinane and Per Blankens.

The upcoming two-night season premiere of American Idol Season 13: The Search For A Superstar is scheduled to air on Wednesday, Jan. 15 and Thursday, Jan. 16 at 8/7c on Fox.
