According to some reports, the upcoming Man of Steel sequel, known as Batman vs. Superman, may not have the plethora of Justice League superheroes of which fans speculated. According to new sources, however, there will be plenty of Justice League to go around with a Justice League movie that will immediately follow Batman vs. Superman.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has teased his participation in an upcoming DC movie. According to Latino Review, this movie will not be Batman vs. Superman. but instead a Justice League movie that Warner Bros. will film right after completing the Man of Steel sequel in 2014.

The website cites a "trusted source."

"Batman vs Superman is going to end with an insane cliffhanger/teaser that leads right into Justice League and, like those other back-to-back productions, they want to be able to deliver the second film within a year to strike while the iron is hot," Latino Review said.

If the news is true, this could be where all those superheroes rumored to be characters in Batman vs. Superman, such as Green Lantern, Nightwing and Aquaman and Martian Manhunter are heading. Batman-on-Film earlier reported that Aquaman and Martian Manhunter will not appear in the Man of Steel sequel.

Still, Batman (played by Ben Affleck) and Wonder Woman (played by Gal Gadot) are confirmed for Batman vs. Superman, and Michael Wilkinson is working to bring their legendary costumes to the big screen.

"It's an honor to be creating new looks for such iconic characters as Wonder Woman," the costume designer told New York Times. "The interesting thing is that my approach is always the same, no matter the genre or the period. I'm using the same tools -- silhouette, fabric, color, drape -- to help tell the story and illuminate the inner life of the characters."
