Kylie Jenner released a Snapchat video on Wednesday where she admits that sometimes she feels that she has been bullied by the whole world since she was 9 years old, Us Weekly reports.

"It's kind of crazy I have four million people watch my Snapchats. Half of you guys think I'm weird, and the other half think I'm funny," the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" reality star said.

"But I've been bullied since I've been 9. From the whole world, it feels like sometimes ... and I think that I've done a really great job in handling all this."

Jenner started to appear on the hit E! reality show with her famous family when she was just in elementary school back in 2007.

The media has slammed the young 17-year-old star for allegedly getting lip implants, dating a 25-year-old rapper that has a baby with a former stripper and more. Some have even spread rumors that Kylie is either pregnant or becoming a rapper.

"There are bullies everywhere," she said. "So, this was just a little like Snapchat, to tell whoever with their own bullies, that the only opinion that ever really matters is yours and to never change."

Kylie is one of the most notable celebrities on Snapchat along with pop singer Rihanna, Vanity Fair notes.

The reality star mostly Snapchats close up selfie-like videos of her daily routine giving the world a glimpse of who she is behind the scenes.

She clarifies that her life is not all bad and that she just wants to send a message to people who are feeling down.

"This isn't a pity party though, don't get it twisted. This is for those with bullies out there to know that you're not alone. ... Spread love. Love y'all," she posted on Snapchat.
