Ariana Grande Grammy Awards Appearance and News: Singer Talks Justin Bieber DUI, Struggles on Red Carpet
Ariana Grande is hot, hot hot, these days. But all that attention overwhelmed her at last night's Grammy Awards. The paparazzi on the Staples Center Red Carpet lived up to their aggressive reputation. They bossed around the powerful, yet petite, vocalist until she broke down.
"I first hand watched what happened," wrote one Twitter user.
"Ariana was happy and she went with the best confidence on the red carpet. She was doing good at first. But then the paps yelled really loud all wanting her to look at them. she can't listen to all of them at once and they kept ordering her around. She made one mistake by moving left a bit too quick and when she tried to move back she tripped. Eventually she got flustered and upset."
Grande eventually steadied herself and had a great night. She met up with Access Hollywood on the red carpet and they asked her what she thought about bad boy pop artist Justin Bieber. Grande, sweet as always, had nothing but nice things to say about America's most infamous Canadian import.
"There's a difference between helping somebody and punishing them. It gets to a point where all you need is a good talk with your family," Ariana continued. "I think he's in good hands and I don't think he's putting anything at jeopardy other than his health ... I just know that a lot of people are rooting for him to be healthy and that's like the most important thing."
She knows how to get on a persons good side, don't you think? And it's not like Ariana doesn't know anything about Bieber. The two artists have at least one thing in common; they share the same manager, Scooter Braun.
"He's in really good hands. And yeah so he'll be fine," Grande remarked to Access Hollywood.
At least Scooter doesn't have to worry about another one of his artists getting into any trouble.
So besides Ariana Grande's Grammy night out what has the 20-year-old songstress been up to?
She's busily recording music for her sophomore album. Her debut record, Yours Truly, came out a little under six month ago, but Grande wants to stay relevant.
