It has been no secret that Kim Kardashian's fiancée Kanye West has spent months vying to get her on the cover of Anna Wintour's magazine. This was made even clearer when a few weeks ago on a trip to Paris the couple was seen being friendly with Frances Sozzani, the Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Italia. It seemed to work as Kardashian will be gracing the cover of Vogue International.

However, not everything is going according to their plan. Famed California-based photographer and former fiancée of Clint Eastwood's daughter, Tyler Shields was approached by Vogue and the Kardashians to shoot her layout... He refused.

Sources close to Shields reveals that the photographer, who is known for his gallery work, prides himself in only shooting people that he personally knows or likes. There are numerous stars that want to be in his portfolio, but he doesn't shoot just anyone. The source also states that Shields not only doesn't care for Kardashian but he doesn't think the photo shoot would be worth his time.

This came as a shock to not only Kardashian but to Vogue magazine. An insider close to this situation was quoted as saying Kim was shocked and her ego was stabbed to be rejected by a photographer that she had wanted. The source also continued by saying Vogue was also in shock and feels as though people should be going out of their way and wanting to shoot for their magazine.

The insider stated that Shields is a very difficult person to hire for photo shoots as you have to know him, the shoot has to make sense to him or he has to like you. In this case, none of his requirements have been met. Shields has yet to directly respond to the accusations that he refused to take part in the Vogue International shoot.
