Apple has released iOS 8.4.1 which fixes several bugs and adds updates to the software built for iPhones and iPads. This is expected to be the last update to iOS before iOS 9 is released, and it does not look like there will be a jailbreak for it.

The iOS 8.4.1 update fixes some bugs found in Apple Music, according to Vine Report. The iCloud Music Library was not turning on for users, songs were being hidden, playlist problems were occurring and the wrong album covers were appearing when music was shared among multiple devices.

Beats 1 Radio has a love button that was not working. This bug has been addressed in the iOS 8.4.1 update. Additionally, artists trying to post to the social feature Connect were having trouble doing so.

Users who already have a jailbroken device for iOS 8.3 or iOS 8.4 are advised not to update their software to iOS 8.4.1 because there is currently no jailbreak solution for iOS 8.4.1.

Apple has credited TaiG with finding vulnerabilities in iOS 8.4 and exploiting them, Gotta Be Mobile reports. Apple said they have patched up these vulnerabilities, which they consider as security risks. Apple said hackers could do things much worse than jailbreaking.

TaiG was said to have been working on a jailbreak solution for iOS 8.4.1 before Apple released the update. However, they never followed through with it and are now focused on creating a jailbreak solution for iOS 9, Scribbal reports.

A fake Evasion 8.4.1 jailbreak tool has surfaced online and jailbreakers are being warned against downloading it. The link to download the tool was released by the iOS Jailbreak website. The tool was supposed to work for multiple devices that are running iOS 8.4.1.

Jailbreakers are being asked to wait for an official iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak tool to be released from the Evasion Dream Team. If there is no jailbreak tool for iOS 8.4.1, jailbreak teams are probably already working on a solution for iOS 9.
