"Deadpool" the video game will be coming to PS4 and Xbox One, according to an announcement by GameStop on their Twitter. It will include all DLCs for the price of $49.99 and will be released on Nov. 17.
The "Merc With a Map Pack" is included in the DLC with two new maps, GRT Plaza and Inside the Tower, as well as a couple of additional costumes for Deadpool, the D-Pooly and Uncanny X-Force as reported by The Deadpool Bugle.
The "Deadpool" video game was first released on June 25, 2013 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The PC version is made available via digital distributor Steam.
Digital copies of all Marvel video games with Activision were removed including "Deadpool," "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows," "Spider-Man: Friend or Foe," "Spider-Man: Edge of Time," "Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions," "X-Men: The Official Game," "X-Men Destiny" and "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" in a report by The Game Informer. The removal of the games was due to the contract expiry between Activision and Marvel Studios, but the Deadpool game was made available quietly on Steam for PC last July 15, according to a report by PC Gamer.
Deadpool is known to break the fourth wall to talk to the audience, readers, gamers, etc. Game Zone released a list of things that are included in the game via Deadpool's narration.
