The second round of the 2015 FIBA Americas will end today and the four teams who will advance to the semifinals will be determined.

Argentina, Canada and Mexico are in a tight race for the No. 1 spot, while Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Puerto Rico are looking to secure the fourth and final semis berth.

Venezuela vs Panama, 1 p.m. ET

Venezuela and Panama will kick off the festivities on Wednesday at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City.

Venezuela are currently tied for fourth with Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. They need a win over Panama in order to advance and they have a good chance to take the fourth spot because they defeated both Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico in their matches.

With a 1-5 second-round record, Panama are already out of contention.

Canada vs. Dominican Republic, 3:30 p.m. ET

Dominican Republic will fight for their lives, but they will collide with Canada, who are also expected to go all out because they need to win in their final second-round game.

A loss for Dominican Republic will likely eliminate them in the race for the fourth semis berth. On the other hand, Canada need to win in order to stay in the race for No. 1 seed in the semifinals and avoid a semis match against either Argentina or Mexico.

Puerto Rico vs. Uruguay, 7 p.m. ET

Puerto Rico also need a victory against Uruguay in order to stay in semis contention.

Puerto Rico will automatically take fourth place if they win and both Venezuela and Dominican Republic lose in their respective games on Wednesday.

Puerto Rico is coming off an important 78-71 win against Panama, while Uruguay took a 77-75 triumph over Venezuela, which was only their first win in the second round.

Argentina vs. Mexico, 9:30 p.m. ET

Argentina and Mexico will collide in the featured match of the day. Both teams still have a chance to finish No. 1 with a win depending on the result of Canada's game against Dominican Republic.

Argentina hold their fate because they only need to win to finish on top. Mexico need a big victory and a loss will push them down to No. 3. The top team after the second round will face Dominican Republic, Venezuela or Puerto Rico in the semifinals.
