Kate Middleton Talks Future Baby Plans, Duchess Next in Line For Royal Honor
Kate Middleton revealed she is ready for a third child just five months after giving birth to Princess Charlotte.
According to Hollywood Life, the Duchess of Cambridge says she wants a bigger family and talked about possibly having a total of four children.
It has been reported that she may already be pregnant with their third child but is keeping a tight lip to avoid the media. Speculation is that the new baby could be due by spring.
"She knows the paparazzi will try everything to get the first photos of her bulging swimsuit -- that's why she wanted to take an earlier vacation," a source revealed. "She figures her bump won't be prominent in November, so she can relax in her bikini without her pregnancy being so obvious."
The source also talked about the future Queen of England having a big family while growing up, which could be the reason why she wants more children.
"Kate grew up with two siblings, so she likes the idea of having another soon," the source said.
Meanwhile, Vanity Fair reports that Middleton is next in line for a royal honor. The 33-year-old may receive one of the highest honors the Queen can give a female member of the family: the Royal Family Order of Queen Elizabeth II.
Female members of the family are usually given the honor after marrying into the royal family and producing heirs. Has Middleton finally won the Queen's heart by producing Princess Charlotte?
Females born into the royal family can also receive the honor.
Middleton should receive the Royal Family Order before October during a state dinner for the visiting Chinese president at Buckingham Palace.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are currently spending a vacation with their children Prince George and Princess Charlotte with Her Majesty.
The Queen recently achieved the longest-serving monarch honor, beating Queen Victoria.
