The new poster to Eli Roth's latest film "The Green Inferno" has been revealed.

The new poster from artist Jim Evans, who is also known as T.A.Z., highlights the gore that the film will have as well as the fear instilled in the main character. The poster also gives the film a comic book look, something that other posters released have avoided.

Evans is well known for illustrating numerous comics, album covers, rock and film posters, as well as advertising and magazine illustrations, according to a press release.

He is the founder of T.A.Z. collaboration, which is responsible for hundreds of gig posters, album covers, and rock ephemera. T.A.Z. has designed numerous posters for bands including U2, Oasis, Porno For Pyros, Green Day, Pearl Jam, The Beastie Boys, The Ramones, Rage Against The Machine, The Wu Tang Clan, Metallica and Nine Inch Nails. The collaboration has also did a number of high profile album jackets for The Beastie Boys, Beck, Aerosmith, House of Pain and Face To Face.

"The Green Inferno" is one of the most anticipated horror films of the year as it comes from Roth, who has become known for his horror films. The movie tells the story of a group of college students who take their humanitarian protest from New York to the Amazon jungle only to be taken prisoner by the indigenous tribe they came to save.

Roth has also directed "Cabin Fever" and was cast in "Inglorious Basterds" by Quentin Tarantino. The film marks Roth's return as director since since the "Hostel" franchise back in 2007.

After years of being delayed, "The Green Inferno" will be released by High Top Releasing, which has been in charge of releasing indie films such as "Make Your Move," "I'm in Love with a Church Girl" and "The Ultimate Life."

"The Green Inferno" is rated R and is expected to be in theaters on Sept. 25 nationwide.
