'Young and Hungry' Season 2 Finale Spoilers: Gabi Starts New Business, Series Looks Ahead to Season 3
ABC Family's "Young and Hungry" ended its second season Wednesday with Gabi (Emily Osment) looking forward to a brighter future.
"In the Season 2 finale, Jake (Jayson Blair) buys a food truck for Gabi, but Josh (Jonathan Sadowski) doubts they can handle the responsibility," the season finale description reads on TVGuide.
Now that Gabi has her own business, will she be more fulfilled in life? Also, where will Josh and Gabi end up in the future? The couple has had their fair share of ups and downs throughout the series.
Will the food truck fail since Josh doesn't believe that they can handle the responsibility? Or will Gabi prove him wrong? The young chef has been chasing her dream for a long time, even landing a gig abroad for a short period.
Meanwhile, "Elliott (Rex Lee) and Alan (Bryan Safi) attempt to get a blessing before their wedding," the show's description continued. "Elsewhere, Sofia (Aimee Carrero) and Yolanda (Kym Whitley) make love connections."
Sofia has been searching for Mr. Right ever since her ex dumped her at the start of Season 2, but things are looking up. She and Gabi visited a psychic in the past and learned that Sofia is going to find a job, a boyfriend and a bundle of joy soon. Will Sofia have a baby in Season 3?
Josh and Gabi were a little shaky this season. She told him she wanted to marry him while they were in the middle of an earthquake. Even though she blurted it out when she thought they were about to die, we now know that she sees Josh as the love of her life.
Yet, the young chef continues to date other guys. She even went as far as hooking Josh up with someone else just to ease the tension. Fans really thought they were going to start a new relationship this season, but they shouldn't give up hope yet. Gabi is so unpredictable, and who knows what might happen in Season 3.
